Job Description

You love pets and have a strong interest and passion for the industry. Your role is to take charge of our online e-commerce retailers and other internet sales channels. You will require to take orders, process orders, update stocks, propose and execute online promotional activities.

To excel in this role, you will:

Need to have an outward personality, a strong conversationist
Need to have real empathy, is a good and sharp listener
Need to combine both the above mentioned points effectively to drive more sales

To succeed in this as Ecommerce Sales Executive, you will need:

Understanding of e-commerce business, assist customer in their orders, delivery, stocks, and any digital requirements
Strong writing skills for email communication
To think fast on your feet
To follow up and follow through efficiently and effectively
To value add to customers' business
To actively propose promotions to drive more sales
To watch your competitors
Conduct product training to customers
