Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team.

In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across various departments. You’ll handle scheduling, document management, data entry, and assist with internal communications, all while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

To excel in this role, the candidate is also expected to;
  • Invoicing of customers using Oracle software.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company credit cards.
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and budget tracking.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal business units to resolve accounting queries.
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks.
  • Generating Statement of Accounts.
  • Perform day-to-day fulfilment of stocks in Warehouse Management System.

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
  • Proficient and Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables, data organization).
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (AAT, ACCA, or LCCI Level 3) is advantageous.
