Graphic Designer

Our designer is the ultimate team player who creates immense value in any situation, solving creative problems, putting out pieces that will drive engagement and extend brand experiences. You will always create an engaging story no matter which channels it lives in! You are our rock star!

The task at hand :

You’ll be asked to do a range of creative work for our products, social channels and marketing & advertising materials
You’ll care about conceptualising, designing, developing, and putting the team in the best position to present our ideas way more than you do about getting credit for the work
You’re expected to be as much of a friendly teacher as a proficient doer when working within our marketing team
You’ll regularly WOW us with your creativity, speed and execution

The ideal candidate is/has :

2-3 years of design experience, developing and creating product, digital and social strategies and campaigns
Able to work very quickly and stay calm under pressure
Able to effectively collaborate with various teams, enthusiastic, inspiring and always WOW-ing people
A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing Silversky family
An interest in the big social media platforms
Strong typography skills, a love and mastery of photoshop and feel very comfortable in all adobe creative suite programs
A flare for video editing
An obsession with animals
